October 5, 2018

Hello Everyone!

I am loving the cooler weather and the fall decorations popping up everywhere. Wishing you all a great month ahead.

I hope to see you at our luncheon and general meeting on Thursday, October 25, 2018. Bobby Williams from Trinity Tactical Training will be discussing an “Active Shooter” situation. Invite a friend and don’t miss out on this important topic. The luncheon will be held at the Old San Francisco Steakhouse, located at 10223 Sahara St.

Thank you, Julia Elizondo for delivering the school supplies to Woodrow Wilson Elementary on September 7th. They were very appreciative of the donations and the support. Check out the pictures on our IWSA FaceBook page.

April Massey did a great job setting up our first “LEAN IN” video talk by Shonda Rhimes, “My Year of Saying Yes to Everything”. I did receive positive feedback from many attendees on how relevant the video was to their own professional and personal lives. They want to find that “hum”. I look forward to more great discussions and topics in the future. Thank you, April!
